Glow by Lulu products are handmade in small batches and your order will be carefully prepared and packed for you.

Processing times

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. During particularly busy periods, this may take a little longer.

UK delivery

Orders are currently shipped within the UK. Delivery times are in addition to our processing time and may vary depending on the delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, Glow by Lulu cannot control delays caused by the delivery provider.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@glowbylulu.com.

Damaged or missing orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@glowbylulu.com and we will help you.
